Whisked away from a medical conference in Sydney, world-renowned haematologist Dr David Reynolds is told that his expertise is needed for a top-secret case at the ECDC in Stockholm, Sweden. His confusion only intensifies when he finds himself in a room filled with a highly obscure collection of professionals.
