Sensible Kate Richardson saw the danger that Lord Harry Lifton posed to the honor of her exquisitely beautiful and naive sister, Lynette. The poor girl's unblemished virtue would be no match for the lascivious lord--so Kate springs into action, and is swept off her feet.
GR Review by Lemontreelime
This was not your regular regency. Several psychological elements in more than one of the main characters give it a deeper storyline, and the focus on observing an obscure spring fertility helped make the story seem less cramped and more timeless. But there were more detailed events going on in here than just those, and a bit of realism as well hidden in the fairy tale. I was impressed with the mix of all the elements of this old timer.
